A clear drawing is the fastest path to an accurate custom eye bolt quotation. It reduces uncertainty about geometry, thread, material, finish and quantity. If a formal drawing is not available, a labelled sketch and photographs can still provide a useful starting point.

Show key dimensions
Include overall length, thread size, thread length, eye inside and outside diameter, shoulder geometry where relevant and any special bend or feature. Mark tolerances if they are important to the assembly.
Name materials and finishes
State material grade or preferred material if known, along with any coating, plating or finish requirement. If the part will operate in a corrosive or outdoor environment, describe that environment too.
Describe the application
Tell us how the part will connect and what it is intended to do. For lifting or handling applications, provide appropriate load and use information. This allows the enquiry to be reviewed in context rather than as a geometry-only request.
Include commercial details
